These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CashForStores.com (the "Site"), operated by Seller Solutions Global LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its principal office at 5830 East 2nd Street, Casper, WY 82609 ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

CashForStores provides an online platform and related services for the evaluation and purchase of e-commerce seller accounts, including Amazon, Walmart, and eBay Seller accounts. All account transactions are governed by separate, individually negotiated Asset Purchase Agreements between the Company and the seller.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and the original, rightful owner of any seller account you submit for evaluation. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Evaluations

Submitting your account for evaluation does not create any binding obligation on either party. Evaluations are provided free of charge and are for informational purposes only. Any cash offer made during an evaluation is valid for the time period stated in the offer and is subject to verification of the information you provide.

4. Transactions & Escrow

All completed account purchases are processed through Escrow.com, a licensed escrow service regulated by the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation. The terms of each transaction — including purchase price, payment timeline, and transfer procedures — are set forth in the Asset Purchase Agreement signed by both parties.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Seller Solutions Global LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SELLER SOLUTIONS GLOBAL LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Natrona County, Wyoming.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
