These SMS Terms govern the text-message program operated by Seller Solutions Global LLC for CashForStores.com. By providing your mobile number and ticking the SMS consent checkbox on our website, you agree to these terms.

1. The SMS Program

Cash For Stores sends recurring automated text messages to people who have asked to hear from us by text. Messages include buy-offer updates and follow-ups on account-acquisition inquiries you have started with us. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any sale or of any other purchase.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You can expect approximately 4–8 messages per month, though this may be higher or lower depending on the status of your inquiry.

3. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. These charges come from your mobile carrier and are not controlled by Cash For Stores. Check your mobile plan for details.

4. How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS program at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us (the keywords UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, QUIT, and END also work). After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop texting you.

6. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is outside our control.

7. Privacy

The mobile number and consent information you provide are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.
